Since pre-verification contracts are contracts between you and your customers, they must be signed by your client or by someone authorized to represent your clients by limited authority. The customer read this agreement, understands the scope of the inspection as well as inspection restrictions. The client authorizes the Unlimited Inspectorate to verify the property mentioned above on page 1 of the trial agreement and will pay the fee agreed to by 1.Scope – Residence Inspection: Taking into account the conditions below, the company undertakes to carry out a visual check (inspection) of the property mentioned above (The Home) and to establish and make available to the customer an inspection report. The inspection will be in accordance with the standards of practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI®). A copy of ASHI`s practical standards is available under ashi.com of the customer. This is not a building code inspection. The inspection will consist of visual observation of the easily accessible areas of the residence. As stated in ASHI standards for multiple objects such as exits, windows and doors, only a representative number is tested/tested. The inspection is limited to visual observation of the apparent conditions that existed at the time of the inspection. Unless a copy of the report is sent to the client`s real estate agent, if it exists, as stated in the Disclosure section on page 2.
The copyright of the report is retained by the company. If the inspection or inspection report results in a dispute or claim, it is agreed that this dispute or claim will be resolved informally between the parties or through a mandatory arbitration procedure before the American Arbitration Association and that a level of performance will be used in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors ( ASHI) standards of best practice. Notification of the conciliation request must be sent in writing to the inspection company and the American Arbitration Association within 180 days of the inspection. Time is the essence of this agreement. If one of the parties does not comply with the existing provisions, all rights are conferred. Another notification is not required or may be communicated. Securities and securities are not considered part of this agreement. This document, along with the inspection report form, contains the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all prior agreements or assurances regarding the services for which the agreement was concluded. According to our claims team, a real estate agent may accept a limited power of attorney (also known as an arrest warrant or entry letter) to act on behalf of the buyer or seller he or she represents.
