If you wish to dispute the information provided by a Schufa collection office regarding your Turo account, you must contact the collection office directly. Here`s how you can view and print the carpool contract for a trip: as a host, you agree to provide a safe and legally registered and insured vehicle with current license plates, with a clean title (not recovered/marked/amortized) and in good mechanical condition. They shall make this vehicle available in good time, but only to a customer who is listed in the services as an authorised driver for the journey. You agree that your offers are complete and accurate and that you respect all the assurances given in your offers. You will not offer any optional vehicle or extra that you do not own or have the right to share yourself, or that cannot be released for compensation, in accordance with the terms of an agreement with a third party, including, but not limited to, a leasing or financing agreement. You will not offer a supplement that is not safe, clean and acceptable for the intended use. They will not propose a vehicle that is the subject of a missing person report or a stolen vehicle. They will not propose a vehicle that is the subject of a safety recall without first properly addressing the issue that is the subject of the recall. They will not offer a vehicle that is not safe (i.e. not « left on the road ») at the place where it is shared and there will be no illegal modification of any part of the vehicle. You authorize Turo and its service providers to monitor or record telephone conversations that you or persons acting on your behalf have with Turo or its representatives for quality control and training purposes.
You acknowledge and understand that your communication with Turo may be listened to, monitored or recorded without further information or warning. If you do not wish your call to be recorded, please contact us in writing on support.turo.com. If you have chosen a protection plan when booking your trip through the Services, you must immediately report to Turo any damage to the vehicle you are using at support.turo.com or 1-415-965-4525 in the United States, +44-8081894113 in the United Kingdom or 888-391-0460 in Canada.
